    Using the Charging Stations

To use our 22kW fast chargers (all car parks with EV charging – except UPark Grote) you must bring your own cable with a Type 2 (Mennekes) plug.

At UPark Grote Street, you must bring a cable with a conventional (AU/NZ) wall plug to use the 2 x 15-Amp EV power points available.

    Availability

The EV parking system has occupancy sensors and overhead indicator to show you available car parks.

A red light means the space is occupied, an orange light means a space for an electric vehicle only, and a green light means a space is available.
