Fishbank is located on the corner of King William Street in the historic Westpac bank. The former bank vault has been converted and decorated with chandeliers, a Private Dining Room and wine cellar showcasing some amazing local wines. Proud of its sustainably sourced seafood, they use a ‘fin to scale’ method where they use all parts of the fish possible. They have also won Best Wine List in SA at Australia's Wine List of the Year Awards.
